Adam Dahdouh

Adam joined the real estate scene in 2012 with a primary focus on investment property. Just a few years later, he took his experience and found success investing out of state. His strategy was to uncover quality assets that were underperforming and rehab them, helping his clients benefit from the increase in cash flow, recapitalizing or selling, and reinvesting. Adam wanted to share the knowledge and experience he gained with investors in California, so he obtained his Real Estate License while attending San Jose State University. After graduating with a BA in Business Administration, he joined a large brokerage to focus on commercial real estate to better help investors grow their financial portfolios. After learning and perfecting the trade, Adam decided to start his own firm to provide more value to his clients.

 

Adam has assisted clients with commercial and residential properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
