Craig Panzer

Craig joined our team after transitioning from a 22-year career in education. He became interested in real estate investing many years ago and has built a portfolio of multi-family properties, Having the desire to expand his knowledge, Craig obtained his real estate license and is now ready to help others achieve their goals. Helping others fulfill their dreams has always been a reason Craig became a teacher, and continues to be a driving force in how he conducts his business.  Once he completed his undergraduate degree, Craig moved from New York and landed in Santa Cruz, knowing instantly this was the place he wanted to raise a family.  Craig continued his education and earned an M.S. in Education while also becoming National Board certified, demonstrating his belief in a growth mindset, an attribute he will bring to his new career in real estate.

 

Craig has a background in property management and construction, and bringing these skills and knowledge to our brokerage will be an asset. He looks forward to the challenges and rewards in this industry, and to help those he meets along the way.
